How can I place an order on Diyazee?
Simply browse our collections, select your preferred outfit, choose the size, and click on “Add to Cart.” After that, proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping details to complete your order.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, manage addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your order details and tracking information.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, you can contact our support team to modify or cancel the order.

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days depending on your location within Pakistan.

 

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and we will assist you with a replacement.

 

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, items can be exchanged if they are unused, in original condition, and returned within the allowed return period.
How long does the return process take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange or refund process will be completed within 5–7 working days.
